If I start to use letter templates how do I make sure they can be used by other users on their DL?

Do I log in as admin and set up the letters there?

Or do I have to set up each and every user?

When you create a letter template it is available to the whole database and therefore all users.

Thats good to know. I can't seem to find how you add images to the letter.

Prob going to use Direct Mail for Bulk and continue to use our DMI with Mail Sigs.

Or may write some letter templates and then export to mail then add pics then send.

Bit of a mission but it should work.
