I'm very new to Daylite3. I'm running it on an iMac with the latest system software. The database is on my iMac. It takes about five or six minutes for the software to open the database. Is this normal? Thanks. Jon

It is not normal. How many contacts and records do you have? If not many under help select email log files and send to Marketcircle. Does DL open at all? |

I've got less than a dozen contacts in.
Daylite does open, but it takes quite a while. I will send log files. Thanks, Jon |

I haven't been able to send log files. It took me a while to get Apple mail set up, but when I try to send files I get a message that I need a DMI license.

You won't need the DMI license to send the message out - that's just a reminder. (BTW, we've added an alternative way to send logs in the next release).
What kind of system are you running Daylite on?
