Beeing new to DL I am looking a way to set up a smart list to see all my projects without an next activity. So far I was without luck. Am I missing something or is DL mising this?

Interesting problem you have picked. I cannot see a direct way to do it. However, by building a Smart List with the right combination of searching for a lack of undone Appointments and Tasks, it might be doable.

Something along the lines of looking for a Open Project that also does not have at least one linked Task/Appointment that is not Done.

Maybe a Smart List guru will chime in here for you.

I'm no smart list guru but what I did is, create a smart list of all projects of a certain age and include the "next task " field in the list view .
I also include the " date created " field

Then, reverse sort so the ones with nothing in the " next task " column come to the top, and do a secondary sort by " date created " It's not perfect but it works ..
