I am frustrated that I cannot show a Task in more than one Smart List because of the inability to assign more than one category to a task. It sure would be nice if the category pull down had checkboxes so you could check all categories that applied. Are others having this need?

Pssst. Keywords.

Yes indeed Keywords would be ideal, but unfortunately Appointments and Tasks don't have Keywords. I have made this suggestion via Daylite's Help>Suggestion. I encourage you to do that as well Steve!
In the meantime, if you don't currently make use of the Location field, you can use that to indicate a sub-category.
