Okay, I've been on this forum for about 12 hours, and already, here's my second post...Thanks again for the help on my first question!

When I get an email, is there a way I can attach it just to the contact it's regarding, and not the person who sent it? For instance, if I email my back office about Bob Smith's account and Sue Jones replies, I don't necessarily want to add Sue to Daylite-I just want the email she sent to show up in Bob's notes area. Can this be done?

Not to my knowledge…at least I have never found a way to do it, in an obvious way. However, you can manually to it. E-mails are stored as Notes so you can go to that e-mail in Daylite and create links to other objects just as you would any other object to object linking situation.

The only way I can think of to do this is to link it to whomever the email is made to in your DL database. Go to the actual email note and unlink it and then link it to the contact you wish it to be linked to. Sure is a strange way to do something that should be so simple. Thanks Kevin
