When I send an email and DMI grabs the email address from DL, the Name in the To box is reversed (i.e. last name first) with no comma between the last and first names. How do I make the names in the correct order? Thanks.

I assume you are referring to the blue bubbles. If so, then I believe that is controlled by the Mail preferences or the Address Book preferences. DMI doesn't format addresses - it just uses them.
