I can't figure out an easy way to set reminders for a customer who's due for a renewal. What would make sense would be set this up when you classify an opportunity as "Won", as yearly follow up activities. Thoughts?
Don't know if there is a way to do this that would be considered "correct". I just regard it as a new Opportunity. There is no work from it (yet), so it's an Opportunity, rather than a Project. I just call it "Same Name Follow-up".
