2 or 3 times each week, one of our 4 Macs gets a message that says "Daylite Mail Integration License Status: There are too many users currently." We're all running 3.7.6.

Most of the time, the fix is: everyone shuts down both Mail and DL. We then shut down the server's DL as well as OpenBase Manager. We then start up OB, then DL on the server, and then each of the Mac's DL and Mail. Usually this works, but sometimes, like tonight, it doesn't. Actually, on the Mac where the message occurs, one of the 4 licenses actually deletes itself from the list of licenses under the Daylite Menu.

If anyone has any fix that would prevent this from occurring so often each week, I'm all ears. It's getting frustrating. Thanks for any help.

A few more details on what I've tried: I quit all copies of DL and Mail. I repair permissions on all 4 Macs. I quit OpenBase and fix permissions on it. I start up OB, the DL on the server. I verify that there are 4 licenses listed. I then do the same on each of the other 3 Macs. When I get to the last Mac, DL opens up, but when I open up Mail, it gives the error message.

I also just tried the License Remover app located here:

Still same error message.

If I knew another new license would fix the issues (i.e., just always having one more license than needed), I'd buy it.

I'm finding MarketCircle's licensing process draconian. This experience is certainly making it difficult to continue recommending DL to other colleagues and businesses.

Hi ScottO,

Could you please send me an email at the address in my signature? This way, I can pull up your license list and see what you own and help resolve the issue.

Thanks!
