I was wondering if anyone might have a decent solution for this…
I have several organisations that have multiple addresses. I want to be able to assign different addresses from the organisation to different contacts and then print these out for labels – ie Jim works in the UK office and Mary works in the US office. Otherwise I will need to put the Organisation's locations in as separate addresses. Which is no big deal, it's just that I can't see the point of multiple addresses if you can't do this. Thanks Hamish |

I've put these in separately since different contacts will be linked to their respective location.
The naming convention I typically use is simply; Organization - UK Organization - US Organization - FR HTH |

One way is to create an 'umbrella' organization, then link the different locations to it, and finally the contacts for each location to the respective organization.
So: ACME Int. ACME US ACME UK Then simply link the US contacts to the ACME US and so forth. Need help in Daylite or Billings? Check the Help menu for Apple Help documentation. Not sure what to do? Get help for windows and dialogues by click on the help button found in the bottom corner. |

Sebastian,
I'm sure there are a lot of workarounds that would work; the simpler way would just be for Marketcircle to program what should have been there in the first place--the ability to simply and accurately reflect multiple locations of the same company. |
