After applying the upgrade (from v3.1.2 to v3.1.3) Daylite asked me to upgrade the schema. I clicked "Update Now" at the prompt but then it says "Invalid username/password" but my password is correct. I also tried logging in as Daylite Admin with no success.
My machine is running an offline replica of the database. Do I have to do a different procedure to upgrade?? (My plan was to test the upgrade on an offline replica first, then upgrade the server and the other client.) Also, I'm still running the trial version of Daylite. I was planning to purchase early next week. Thanks I downgraded to 3.1.2 for now so i could keep working... |

Well, actually, I can't downgrade. The 3.1.2 installer won't allow me to reinstall the application. HELP!
Thanks |

You must be upgrading from an older version than 3.1.2.
The is no schema update in 3.1.1 or 3.1.2 or 3.1.3. There was a schema update in 3.1. Maybe you where on 3.0.2 or 3.0.3? What version where you using before? Check your other machines. |

Hi.
Checked all machines - they are running version 3.1.2 (build #1008) of Daylite and version 9.1.9 (build #10) of Openbase. I was able to completely remove 3.1.3 (and v 10 of Openbase) from my system and reinstall 3.1.2. Now I'm back up. Could this be because I'm running the offline database on this machine? Do I need to upgrade the main DB first, and then upgrade all the offline/remote users? |

No, I upgrade online and offline machines all the time. Only caveat is you need to have them on the same version when you try to sync with the online database.
