Thought I'd take another crack at Groups. I've set up a group of organizations that I'd like to send a mailing to (either email or written letter). When I select the group, and then try to Merge a letter, that function is grayed out and I can't select it. When I hit Write an Email - nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Same thing goes for companies without contacts. It seems to me you should be able to write a letter to an organization (even if there isn't a contact)...

I agree George... but shouldn't it at least pick out the organizations that do have a contact? I'm getting nothing.
