It was promised to us for the end of 2006. It's now May of '07. Treo, Windows Mobile, Blackberry and others need it to sync data. Current solutions are inadequate, corrupt data etc.

You guys are otherwise a good company and got a great product, but this is one sore spot... I understand you need to change a couple of things at the root level, but I hope your engineers are working overtime on this.

We're still working on it; we've said first half 2007. Attention is being paid to it so that it is:

1) safe, efficient, and reliable
2) as clear as possible to understand
3) well documented
4) well supported

This is a significant effor and one that we intend to do well, so that we can roll it out smoothly for all of you who have been so patient in waiting for its implementation.

Many thanks,

adam

Adam,

thanks for your quick reply. Regarding availablity there was an initial promise for the end of 2006. It has been changed to the first half of 2007.

I do appreciate that it will be safe, efficient and reliable. I very much look forward to it and cannot wait to get my hands on it. Quite eager to get it implemented in my daily workflow.

Thanks

Christian

While you're elbow-deep in the code, could you please please please make it so those darn subtask triangles are state-persistent?

(Yes, I've suggested this via the proper channels. I just figured some additional begging couldn't hurt.)
