I'm attempting to call up contacts based upon pending appointments and activities. I created 2 separate smartlists in Contacts with the criteria of Appointments:
- Appointment End Date is "before tomorrow"
- Appointment Status "is not" "Completed"
Criteria for Tasks:
- Task Status "is not" "Done"
- Task Due Date is "before tomorrow"

Both return completed/done tasks and appointments
Not sure what's wrong or how to fix.
On a related note can these be combined so I get a single grouping of contacts consisting of contacts that have either pending tasks or pending appointments?
