Maybe this is obvious, but is there a way to create a smart list from contacts based on an empty field.

For example, I am about to send out a mailing. Most of my contacts have the STATE field filled in. I would like to be able to create a list wherein I see all of the contacts for whom I do not know what their state is. Is it adequate simply to provide something like:

State is and leave it blank?

So far, this has not seemed to nailed it.
