ok, first question now that I have a minute:

I have an item in my estimate for installing some sod for a customer. The customer is ready for 25% of the amount quoted to be installed. What is the best way to show that 25% of the quoted item has been delivered to the project? Such that in a few months, I can go back and see what was done, or what was billed for.

I guess I am really asking, how do I make a work order from an existing estimate? Any good ideas?
