I recently started a new job with a real estate company and my boss needs to centrally manage all her contacts, current sales leads, current projects and appointments - which right now are all very disorganized and chaotic.

She uses Entourage and I am only farmiliar with Apple's Mail & iCal. My question is: how does Daylight compare to Entourage?

Right now our biggest gripe with Entourage is that since she has several email accounts that she checks several times a day, in order to 'switch user', she has to first close all Microsoft apps like Excel, and Instant Messenger, to open even old emails from another mail server/email account.

She is also looking to intigrate her desktop application with a Palm or Blackberry enabled cell phone in order to respond to emails on the road.

if you have any opinions about the pros & cons of Entourage vs. Daylight, for all these different tasks I would very much appreciate it - just organizing all her files and contacts is doing my head in!
