I'm on 3.7 and routinely see my calendar entries DISAPPEAR once I finish adding them. I set an event, add a category (so it goes to my iPhone) and a reminder date. Then I see the "Synchronize" message on the bottom left and whoosh, my event goes away.
What is happening? |

That seems odd indeed. You may have to reset sync services. The other possibility is that you have a smart calendar that is not including that category thus making it seems like the appointment is being lost.
Are you filtering the category out? |

Hi Bill,
Does this problem also occur if you create an appointment in iCal or on the iPhone, or do they stay and add the respective appointment to your Daylite calendar? |

Let me provide more specifics:
* This occurs with my online database, not my offline. My online DB is the one that syncs to Sync Services * I create events in "My Calendar" - not a smart cal * I can assign different categories and receive the same disappearing trick. All the categories I assign are syncing categories. I will need to see what happens with no category or a non-sync category. * My workaround is to reopen the event as quickly as possible. Then it seems to sync over to iCal and not disappear from Daylite. |
