The default physical address for a contact seems to be 'Work'. How can I change this for individual contacts to 'Home' or 'Other' for those people who are linked to an organization but work from home? In these cases I need to use 'home' as their primary address.

Also, how can I add these fields like 'home address', 'home phone' etc to the View>List>Column Options for Contacts? They do not appear in the 'Active' or 'Inactive Column' choices now.
