Hi,
I have daylite 1.9 and DMI on an old iBook. I want to upgrade this install to Daylite 3 plus DMI but on a newer Powerbook.

I'm purchasing the $79 upgrade but how do I move it all to the new mac? I'm especially confused about how I move over DMI??

Simply install the latest version of the Daylite Productivity Suite (Daylite + DMI) on the new machine.
Entering your Daylite 3 Upgrade License will ask for your Daylite 1.x details, so ensure you have a copy of it.
