I have a client who all of the sudden is experiencing problems logging into her Daylite database. She is a single user and is hosting the database on her local machine. Once in a while when she starts up Daylite, she receives the following error message and can connect.

"Daylite cannot connect to the Database because it does not appear to exist on the computer 127.0.0.0.1." Error code 103

She is not sure what she is doing to have to work later on in the day. She is not changing any settings to make it work. She depends on Daylite and is looking to me to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Brent

Hi Brent
First try System prefs/ openbase/ repair permissions. Then make sure automatic ip is not checked, see if it works. If not I would email her log files to Marketcircle. They are usually right back to you

By 'once in a while' is this at startup? Is the database set to auto start?
