I wanted to see if there was a way to use the User Name as the display name for multiple users (in shared calendar) instead of the full user name. My problem is that if I wanted to see the entire list of employees, I can't seem to view all of the names in the full name view (on the row which displys the name of the user and color code). If I was able to change it to first name only or intials, I would be able to view who's color is represented on the calendar.
Suggestion to Developers: Even better would be to add a second row automatically (auto resize) if the list of names don't fit into a single row.
