Any idea what could be causing multiple organizations being in my Daylite? I'm guessing it has something to do with my Missing Sync for Mobile Windows but can't figure it out.

Yes.
Also I would recommend that ensure that Mobileme is being replaced by data on your computer and not the other way round. You can change this is synch settings.
Combine the duplicates in Daylite if there are not too many.
The sure fire way to ensure there are limited duplications is to remove the AB contents and then repopulate it again using DL which in turn populates MobileMe.

I'll try that. I'm still working on Michael's suggestion. Is the slow synch supposed to take a few hours? I started this morning at about 10am my time. It's 3pm now.
