I have created a simple FORM with two fields. They are both Popup fields with values Yes and No.

The default value is Yes.

This FORM links only to Contacts.

I attached this FORM to a Contact, gave it a name and then save including the (unchanged) default values.

I go to New Smart List, selected "Forms", form-Name, field-name and (double-cick). I select "is" and choose variable "yes".

Save.

And the application crashes to a Daylite CrashReporter. I've tried every permutation I can think of and the crashes persist.

Is there any obvious thing I'm missing?
