Hello,

I'm trying to take the server database off line but keep getting error 201

Anyone any ideas?

Hello Matthew and Sean...
Did you ever get a reply to this? I'm fairly new to DayLite and can't get pass this 201 error and worse still, I can't seem to get any help and this seems to be the only posting. I've alerted Marketcirlce to no avail. Please someone let me know how to fix this.

did anyone ever solve this problem? I'm getting the same error when I attempt to take my database offline. I'm using Daylite 3.7.6 and the full error code is as follows:

"An error was detected when trying to connect to the offline database to synchronize. Please contact Marketcircle Support with the error code below.

Error code 201"

Hi.
I had this error recently and was able to get a fix script to run from MC. It did the trick.
However this was for a beta version of 3.8 so I am not sure that the fix will work on 3.7.6 and below.

Will it MC?

I don't recommend running that script on your database - scripts are designed for specific situations; blindly running them could cause data loss.

You should send your logs in to Support after making another attempt, then they'll advise you from what can be found in the logs.
