Hello,
I'm using Daylite 3.7.4. I have some Smart Lists for my tasks. If a change a status or priority for a task to status "Determine Delegate" and priority "0" sometimes Daylite change the status to "New" und the priority to "3" after some minutes. Is this a bug?? Thanks for your advice Timm |

Are you syncing with iCal? Do you have any other sources involved in syncing (MobileMe, etc)?
Need help in Daylite or Billings? Check the Help menu for Apple Help documentation. |

I'm having a similar issue. I change the status of a task to "in progress" and once it's saved it reverts to "new." I'm syncing with iCal, which syncs with Google Calendar (for appointments only). Using 3.7.6

I too have seen this behaviour. I have Daylite set to sync with iCal, but am not editing the task in iCal at all.
I create a task and set its status to "DetermineDelegate", give it a due date of tomorrow, and save it. So far, so good... after a few seconds I see the "Synchronizing..." message in the bottom left corner of the Daylite window, and when it's finished, the task is still in "DetermineDelegate" status. However, I subsequently edit the task and change ONLY its due date. I save the change, and it appears in the SmartList initially with "DetermineDelegate" status, as it should. Then, the "Synchronizing..." message comes up in the bottom left corner of Daylite again, and as soon as the Synchronizing message disappears, the status of the task changes to "New". I can recreate this bug at will. Is there a place I can formally report this as a bug? Or are the good folks at Daylite already aware of this one? Thanks... Chris. |

I haven't heard from Daylite about this one yet, so if you're inclined, you may want to send them an email. Not sure where/to whom though. I've been working around the problem so far (everything's "new" or "done").
