When merging multiple contacts, I get and "record locked" error and the first merger (direct to printer) only prints the first page and it is backwards. The rest print fine.

This is a new problem since upgrading.

When I try to merge and print a letter I receive "Record locked by someone else, please try again later" then it will print the page backwards????

Please help. I have made sure the other computers are not on this letter but did not help. I have the newest version.
