I restored a database and appointments only show up in a list; not on the calendar. And, tasks only show up on a list, not adjacent to the calendar. What am I missing?

Perhaps you are viewing a date range that has no tasks or appointments? Or the view is somehow filtered via the quickfind field, or a smart list?

Or you are not choosing the right list on the left hand side?

I don't doubt I'm the culprit, but not sure what I have done or not done. The tasks appear when I call for a task list. The appointments show up in the appointment list. What doesn't happen is for any of the tasks that were in the backup restoration to show up in the list to the right of the calendar when I click on the pushpin. Also, none of the appointments restored with the backup show up in the calendar; just on the appointment list.
