Upgraded to 3.5 and followed all the synchronization steps but cannot get DL to sync info in calendars to iCal and vice versa. The calendars sync but not the items in the calendars. Performing a sync with the Treo moves iCal items to Treo but DL items do not move. The 2-way syncservices does not seem to work between DL and iCal. Daylite shows sync but no content moves.

It sounds to me like you don't have any appointments that are assigned to the exact categories that you specified for syncing. Make sure that the appointments you want to sync are assigned to one of those categories and it should work.

As Howard has said, only appointments with categories will sync. You can specify what appointment categorues will sync in the Daylite Sync preferences.
