Ok I am on a Mac running 10.5.4 and Daylite 3.7.4. I recently reinstalled my system and lost my Database I have many back-ups but when I try to restore I get a message saying:
"There were problems restoring your database."
No explanation more then that not matter what I try or how far I go back. I did it step by step as listed on this web-site to no avail.
I recommend you contact Support by sending them your log files (Help > Email Log Files) after making another attempt; the logs will show what might be going wrong.
