When creating a new opportunity for an existing client, I sometimes have to edit existing info in the estimates tab. I always get an error popup informing me that editing cannot be done because the info is open to another user. I am the only user. When I can edit, it usually takes 2 tries until the changes take effect. Is there a fix to this?

Please contact our support team in regards to this issue. I have heard of rare cases when this happens and support might be more aware of the solution or reason for this.

What version of Daylite are you using?

You can find this information in the about panel, go to the menu Daylite -> About Daylite

It was fixed in version 3.7.5 , as Sean has said upgrading to version 3.7.6 will fix the locking issue.

I checked for updates and am getting a message that I have the most recent version. Do I have to go somewhere specific for the upgrade?

We usually wait a little while to update the update server so it doesn't become overloaded.
