A few weeks ago all our (5 macs on a network) phone numbers disappeared. Fixed with help of the good folks at Marketcircle. Today most of our Organizations disappeared. This is scary -- especially because those were easy to spot, but what if specific Appointments and Tasks start disappearing - how would we even know?

Has anyone else had data integrity issues? Or solutions to them?

I've just noticed that many of my email messages, added to the db using DMI, are now blank, whereas they once had content.

This has affected a great many email entries in our database.

Quite alarming.

Hi Irwin,

So that we can get an understanding as to how the data got lost, can you please email the support team the log files from all of your Offline users.
You can do this by selecting Help -> Email Log Files from the Daylite menu bar.

When sending the logs, please include the following ticket number in the email subject field "mi_20080703150609".
In the body of the email, please ask the sender to include their First / Last name.

We'll review the logs and advise what to do next.

Hi,

Well, I have lost a contact in DL about a week ago or so. It was definitely the most recently added contact in DL. Other than that, I can't recall what exactly happened, wether I was running the latest incremental update of DL, or just rebooting the machine after it running 24/7 for a while. I was lucky since I had very little changed in DL during the preceding few weeks. Unfortunately I didn't notice straight away, and it may have been about a day or more that I realised through another email arriving from that particular contact, and Mail didn't show the linked project and organisation etc. in DL drawer!

This issue of data being lost after a contact has been in use (linked countless emails and a project to that contact) for weeks, is simply not acceptable to me, no matter which field doesn't work, or wether it is a syncing problem, whatever. I made my decision to replace DL as soon as practical, but thought you guys should know.

Did you check the Trash to see if the contact was in there?
Are you using Sync Services?

I just checked the Trash, not in there, and I am not using any Sync services. I just mentioned Sync because after reading some forum posts I got the impression of most people have data problems with that.
