We have quite a few sources where you can gather information for troubleshooting.

1. Forums - If you're reading this it's quite obvious. This is a great way for helping each other out and searching the already many threads created by your fellow Daylite users.

2. Apple Help - We have a pretty large database of help articles in Apple Help. This database of help articles gets updated often. It's a combination of describing features, How To's, and troubleshooting. To get to Apple Help:


  • Launch Daylite
  • Go to the menu and select Help -> Daylite Help
  • Type a word or two describing your issue


3. Knowledge Base - These articles can be found on the website under the support tab at the top of this page. They deal mostly with troubleshooting and or common issues.

4. Marketcircle Support - We have free email support and paid phone support. Information can be found on our webpage under the Support tab at the top of our webpage.
