I noticed that user set upon the network is not coming across to my "offline" account even after synchronizing with the network database. As such, appointments created by this user, but delegated to me are not coming across to my calendar. Would appreciate anyone's thoughts and suggestions.

Does the other user's information appear in the main database?
What if you go online instead of just synchronizing, can you see this information then? |

yes, if I connect online, user information is there. I connected to the online database and then went offline (as opposed to just syncing) and the user information came across - as well as a whole bunch of notifications which I apparently missed - fortunately minor ones. I routinely sync the OFFLINE database with the online one, but would like to prevent this from occurring in the future. Thanks for your inquiry.
