I have two primary issues with 3.5. They have paralyzed my small office, and I could use your expertise and advice.

First, I have been unable to successfully sync with my PDA. I have a Sony Clie SJ22/U (okay I'm in the dinosaur age but it works well) and sync with Missing Sync 6.0.1 using a USB cable. The operating system is OS X 10.4.10. None of the data, in particular the events and appointments are syncing. Prior to upgrading to 6.0.1 and 3.5, I did not have any problems.

Second, I have never been able to sync my DayLite calendar with my ICal calendar. The events and appointments do not transfer to ICal.

I have tried hard resets and trashing data bases. No luck.

#1 - Is your device supported by MissingSync 6? If it is old, it may not be. You can find out if your device is supported by going to the Markspace website (www.markspace.com).

#2 - You have to make sure that synchronization is setup AND you've checked all the categories/calendars you want to sync. If you've done this and you are still not seeing any syncs, go to Help -> Email Log Files... (right after you attempt a sync) and let support know what you've tried.
