I went offline and tried to sync today. I cannot. I can however, log into the online database. I have looked through the forum for help, but cannot find any answers.
Help please. |

The most likely cause is that the network settings on the server have changed.
It could be something like a DNS entry or Firewall port blocking. When you get the failure to connect alert panel, click on the help (?) button on the lower left. That should give you some tips. We've put a lot of work into making the help "self guiding" in 3.5 for cases like this. |

We are still on 3.2 and it does not have the help (?) button. Since I am still offline, and cannot sync to the online database. I am guessing I should not up[grade to 3.5. Is there anything else I can do to get my offline and online databases to sync?
