Hi Everyone,

So here's my problem.

We have daylite on a server and we were "migrating" it to be accessible by more then one machine in the office. We followed the directions to the word but everytime we try to restore we get an error message that will not let us complete the process.

Now I personally do not know a lot about Mac's but the IT guy knows them in and out and he was dumbfounded.

The server that our Daylite is currently on is a Mac Mini that is brand spanking new. We are trying to have 4-5 computers be able to network off this server and all use daylite.

So having said all that...can someone please help me?

We backed it up on the original system and then tried to restore it on the server but we keep getting an error message, it won't allow us to restore it.

Sorry I am not super helpful, but my boss told me to troubleshoot and I have always been a PC girl I am new to Mac's (I have only had mine a month) so I don't know a lot. Any assistance you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Cheerfully,
Afton@smile

There is no error message, it just keeps saying that it is unable to restore.

I suggest you email the logs files to Support after making another attempt (Help > Email Log Files)
