I posted this yesterday, but since posting I've realized that the problem is much worse than I thought -- I literally can't add anything into my database. It hangs up when I try to add a contact or organization, create a note, schedule an appointment, etc. I seem to be able to send emails to contacts and I can navigate around everywhere.

HELP!!!!

Here's my original post:

I just updated to version 3.7.3 and now every time I try to schedule an appointment, I get that rainbow spinning wheel and I have to force quite the program.

I have tried closing and re-opening the program, and I've also tried re-starting the computer, with no luck

Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions for how to fix it?

I'm using an iBook G4, running system 10.4.11

Please send your logs to Marketcircle after reproducing the problem again (Help > Email log files). These will help Support identify the issue.



Need help in Daylite or Billings? Check the Help menu for Apple Help documentation.

where do I email the log to? And I will need to force quit, and then open the program again, in order to send the logs. Will that work?

Oops, think I answered my own question. The program automatically configures the email for you...
