I'v got a question. When I make an offline database it freezes on large data. I have a database about 1,3 GB big. We have his problem for the last hear.
Does somebody the solution for this? Thanx. Jeroen Besteman |

Hi,
LargeData is the Notes, which can be very large especially if you're pushing a lot of emails to the database via DMI. It's probably not freezing, just taking the required time to get through a lot of Notes. Please let it go through the entire process; once it gets past LargeData, you should see it move quickly through the rest of the process. As Cynthia stated, it might simply be taking a long time to transfer data (and 1.3GB is a lot of data, as databases go)
Also, if this is while creating an offline database for the first time (on that computer), it will take longer since all the database data has to be transfered over; subsequent syncs will be faster. Your connection to the online database will also be a factor in how long it takes; if creating the offline, we recommend doing so while connected to the same network as the database host (ie. not over an internet connection if possible).
