When I run Apple Mail I do not get the DMI window panes.
1. I have Daylite 3.7.4 installed and I can connect to my database 2. I installed DMI 2.1.2 - it shows up in Mail preferences However: 1. I do not have a side window pane for the main Mail application 2. I do not get a side window for any new mail messages that I compose. Any tips on how to debug this? Thanks -- Randy |

Try the last item in the View menu (or shortcut CTL-7)

This is a known issue that came about with one of the latest Mac OS X updates (either 10.5.3 or 10.5.4); we're working on a solution but do now have a timeframe at this time.
As Howard suggested, you can use Ctr-7 to display the drawer. Need help in Daylite or Billings? Check the Help menu for Apple Help documentation. |

I'd like to emphasize to Marketcircle that this problem makes it very easy inadvertently omit important emails from Daylite, so hopefully we won't have to wait the usual timeframe between updates for a fix.
