We at Marketcircle strive to answer all calls that come in, however at times we can not get to the lines on time. We do however return all messages that are left on our voicemail on a timely fashion.

I think my support call and email from Wednesday simply got lost somehow, so I repeated both on Thursday, finally hearing from Market Circle on Friday after starting this thread.
