I think you'll have to give us some more details than that! What are the criteria you are using?

What you call "is in the last 30 days" should be called"This Month", I think.
Anyway "Today" is included in "This Month". What happens when you eliminate "Is Today". Does it behave as expected? Regards, Howard |

No it doesn't change anything. Since Daylite does not support automatic rollover I have to have an "in the last" category there to see the contacts that I didn't get to call.
There are still few contacts that have to "Appointment" scheduled but yet still show up on the Smart List. Edmund K. Lucent Advertising, LLC. |

So you are saying that if you go to one of those contacts and view the Activity Pane at the bottom, then you see no Appointments listed?

Where exactly are you seeing "in the last" as a criteria? I just looked and don't see it in the list. Regards, Howard |

Yes, that is exactly what I'm saying. When I go to the contact's activity panel there is 'No" appointment scheduled.
The "in the last" appears when you add a condition under appointments that is: Appointments>Start Date.... Edmund K. Lucent Advertising, LLC. |

O.K. I understand now. I've just tried it exactly this way and I don't have anything appearing that shouldn't.
One thing to check: in the Activity pane of those contacts where you don't see any appointments, there is a time period qualifier. Do you have it set to "All"? Regards, Howard |

yes, it is set to All, but changing it to any other setting doesn't effect the outcome of the smart list...

Sorry that I'm not that helpful here. I guess the next step is to send in a bug report to Marketcircle with all the particulars (unless someone else on this list has an idea to offer).
