I've checked Daylite help and the forums to no avail. The Daylite troubleshooting website appears to be down.
I am using Daylite 3.7.3 on 2 computers. Offline is on a desktop. Online is on a laptop. I'd like to update to 3.7.4, but need to sync to the online database first. I just got the laptop that hosts the online database back from Apple after it's logic board was changed, and I can not sync from the offline database on the desktop to the online database on the laptop. When I try to sync, I get the following message: "Alert Unable to connect to online database. Try normal sync." I can log into the online database from another machine. I have rebuilt the quick find index on the online database, I have usually gotten around online/offline sync issues by rebooting routers and computers until I get the IP addresses right, but nothing is working. There is now a weeks worth of information in the offline database that I can not lose. Any suggestions, even referrals to help documents or previous threads would be appreciated. |

Nevermind. This appears to have worked: http://www.marketcircle.com/kb/idx/0/002/article/ It made me nervous, as it was syncing from the old database to the new, as opposed to syncing the new to the old. But I checked my recent activity and all looks hunky dory. |
