This is frightening. After I call (I am for 25 dials an hour so speed is important) I frequently try to start an activity set on a contact. Typically to schedule a mail something specific and a follow up call.

The problem is , I look at my list of tasks at the end of the day, and they are linked to nothing or in some cases to an organization instead of a contact.

There is a frigthening usability issue and very damaging to my business if I am making a human error. What am I doing wrong?

There certainly is a defect wich allows for an activity set that only applies to contacts to schedule tasks that are not linked to contacts.

Any recommendations on how to avoid the problem?

Part of the problem is the that there may be a contact linked to the task it is just not shown in the in the task view. This is very problematic.

I just tested it out. The contact does seem to be linked but it sometimes takes a relog into the database to refresh the items of the activity set to display the linked contact or object.

It's not expected behavior and we'll take a further look into this issue.
