When I link activities (sync from iCal) to a new project, They disapear from the project after the automatic synchronisation. I repeat the operation (link activities to a project) and some stay ther and some disapear... And this can occur in a another project too that was correct. I use Daylite with Billings and I always have to check before sending to invoice that Daylite have recorded all the activities from the project. I can't loose activities, I lost money each time :-(

Let's try to get to the bottom of this. We want you making more money, not less money!

First! Backup your database.

When you say they disappear, do you mean the links disappear and the activities are still in Daylite unlinked to the project OR are the activities linked to the project completely gone from Daylite?

If it's the latter have you checked your trash?
What version of Daylite are you using?
What version of Billings are you using?
Can you also outline your process from start to finish?
What other applications do you have syncing with iCal?

ok I will try to be more accurate.

I have a lot of BackUp of my database. I saw this problem since the update 3.7.1 or 3.7.2, I can't remember.

My configuration: OSX 10.5.3, Billings 2.5.5, Daylite 3.7.3b1580

OK when I said the activities disappear... I mean they are unlinked to the project after a synchronisation.


OK th other software that use iCal (all up to date):

The Process:
I select all the relatives activities
I drag them to a particular project... to link them to the project
I change the status of the activities (Categories) to "Billed" (internal label)
....
After, the synchronisation begin
...
All the activities are unlinked from the project
...
I retry the process
This time some activities are linked, but not all
And sometimes, other activities from other projets can unlink too
...
I stop the automatic synchronisation in The prefs panel.
I do my stuff, and send the project to Billings (that's working)
...
I activate the automatic synchronisation
and after the process, the activities disapear again.

OK a last thing: if activities are already present in a project (activities made in January, February and some in March) They stay in their projects after the synchronisation (except some in march)... All the project made before march are OK. Project made in March are
half good... Project made in April are not good. So I tink it's a problem from an update and/or a conflict with another app.
