i'm using the trial version of 3.8. i can't log in to my database. when i go to the troubleshooting, it takes me to the openbase section, but my database is not listed there. when i go to admin, it says databse is not running on my computer. it is installed. anyone, please help as this has happened twice now and i can't load all my info again. thanks.

Interesting. I'm also using the trial version and having trouble logging into my database. I'm fully prepared to own this and admit I may have forgotten my username, but I use the same password, so I'm assuming it's not a password issue. If I forgot the username for database, how do I retrieve it?
