Does anybody know why when importing addresses, the industry type and industry are not imported even though they are chosen? I choose contacts and then choose all the correct fields. Most work except industry, type and keyword.

What file type are you importing and from where? What program that is.

Industry Type seems to work for me in the Organization importer but it does seem as if there is a bug with the "Add Keyword" mapping, we will look into this. As previously mentioned, we might need a bit more detail on what you're importing and how you're going about it to get to the bottom of the industry type issue.

Actually i spoke too soon, my import file was messed up, Add Keyword does in fact work for me, so we'll definitely need some more details to help you out!

Add keyword works but industry and industry type don't import.

I am unable to import industry type either. Has anyone come up with any solution to this bug?
