Got problem to change a trial version to full version: add license key, it is accepted, works. When I restart, license key is gone and I again have a trial version. Any idea?

I assume you have did this a couple times and it is recreated? If so I would contact support and they will help you through

Right, uninstall, reinstall ASO. Thanks for the answer, will call support now.
