My office is a small office that is recently converting our task management and calendaring to Daylite. Our office is a small office with 3 employees acting as support staff for 1 attorney. Therefore, the only person who we need a calendar for is the attorney. The other 3 employees need to be able to do things like print the attorney's calendar, and add, modify, and delete appointments on the attorney's calendar.
Each employee is setup as a user on Daylite. So, the 3 employees who are support staff can see their own calendars, and have visibility to to the 1 attorney's calendar. However, the 3 employees cannot do things like delete meetings from the attorneys calendar, or print the attorney's calendar for the attorney. Any other small office users have a solution for needs like this? |
