Hi,

We have been using estimates for a few days now with no problems.

This afternoon for some reason when we press send estimate and try and get it into mail we get a blank email with the contact details ( email filled in) but no pdf attached.

The pdf is being created and saved as a note to the opp and we have sorted out a work around by opening the pdf from the note and sending it from preview.

Interestingly when we use mail doc from preview it goes through to a new mail no problem, correctly attached.

So I think it must be DL problem.

Any ideas why this is happening?

This is with the latest version of DL and OX 10.5.2

I think I have solved the problem.

If the save a copy button is ticked but the location of the save does not exsist this leads to a quit or a failer to attach the pdf into a new mail.

A bug I think?

I would try repairing permission and see if that does it. If repairing does not work try emailing your log files under the help menu

I have confirmed that under that situation this will indeed happen. This will be fixed for the next release.

This is what I like about MC. You identify a bug and straight away someone says I'll fix it.
