To whom can give me a quick and simple answer:

I cannot get out of DayLite Admin to use my other user (me) so I can sync DayLite. I followed the videos, read the manual, and on and on. I cannot find a way to do this.

When I start DL it automatically signs me in as DayLite Admin and goes to my one and only DB. All is well.
When I try to synchronize DL so I can sync with AddressBook, iCal, iPhone and other stuf it telle me that DayLite Admin cannot sync. Yes, I get it, I understand. I go and try to change from DL Admin to me adn it seems to highlight it and then I try to sync and it won't let me.

When I try to start the DB with me as the user NOT DayLite Admin it does not recognize my name nor my password, even though I changed it to make sure it was clear and I was not making a mistake when I wanted to log in as me not DLAdmin.

Can someone, PLEASE, explain in plain english all the steps that need to be taken to correct this issue. i have wasted hours upon hours with this issue and (of course) since I cannot pay gobs of money for support I get messages from the Dl people that I cannot log in as DL Admin. duh! Why could they not just tell me how to do it the first time?

Anyways, it's got tobe easy, but I cannot find the answer

I believe it is easy. Close the database (admin) and then from file chose Log in to database . enter your username and password. Should be good to go

Hold down the Alt key when you launch Daylite - this will prevent it from auto logging-in and you'll be able to log in from the File menu. Don't try to rename the Daylite Admin account - that won't work.

From what I understand, the Daylite Admin account isn't meant to be used as a 'regular' user, and the fact that it can't sync seems to support that.

Now, it sounds as though you might have been using Daylite Admin as your account when using Daylite; if that's the case, you'll likely need to change ownership of the stuff you want to sync (through bulk-editing) to that of your 'regular' account in order to be able to sync that stuff under that account.
